Have you ever heard of a mobile boutique? Well if not, Tallahassee’s first mobile clothing boutique will open its doors to the public this month. After nearly six months of renovations, the sixteen-foot passenger bus is now a chic mobile boutique. How cool is that?
The retail store on wheels offers men and women a versatile shopping experience. The mobile boutique offers everything from active wear to business casual attire. We can’t wait to get on board and shop all the fashion.
What is also really fascinating about this mobile clothing boutique concept is that it was developed by two women entrepreneurs. They took and idea and literally ran with it. That’s definitely the definition of A Girl With Style. These ladies are a great inspiration.
The Tallahassee community will have a chance to join the ride Saturday Jan. 27. The bus will be parked at 1307 N Monroe St. from 4:00 p.m.- 6:30 p.m. for its GRAND OPENING!
The owner’s 27-year-old Chelse Collins and 29-year-old Manzura Ishanova says this Sip, Shop and Service Grand Opening will be a once in a lifetime experience. Attendees will not only participate in a unique shopping experience, but they will also have the chance to give back to the community.
The owners have vowed to donate a percentage of all proceeds from the event to Big Brothers Big Sister and the Boys and Girls Club of the Big Bend.
Collins, a Florida A&M University alumnus says that Novus Racks is more than a retail store; it’s a mobile movement. The women entrepreneurs say their brand was developed on strength, courage, power and the desire to start a new beginning. Let this be a lesson girls, you can do anything if you put your mind to it.
Ishanova, who is a working mom, says Novus Racks is an opportunity for her to encourage other mothers to shoot for their dreams despite their circumstances. The dynamic duo met as colleagues less than a year ago, but Collins says the reason their partnership works so well is because they both come from humble beginnings.
Both women say that besides providing affordable, fashionable clothing they want to inform, inspire and introduce new ideas to the community.So if you’ve never seen a mobile clothing boutique in person I really encourage you to meet us out there to shop the fashion and support women who never gave up on their dreams.
